Frango.pt provides Portuguese chicken-restaurant information and related recipes. Hours, prices, allergens, availability and contacts may change. Confirm directly with the restaurant.
Accounts and security
Keep your details accurate and your account secure. Do not share passwords, impersonate another person or misrepresent a business. Authenticators are recommended for privileged accounts. Access may be limited or suspended for abuse, security risks or rule violations.
Content and rights
Share only material you own or have permission to publish. You allow the platform to store, display, moderate and present your content for the service while retaining your rights. Do not publish private data, misleading advertising, unlawful material or false reviews.
Moderation and appeals
Listings, reviews, photos, offers and recipes may be reviewed before publication. The team may correct, hide or remove rule-breaking content. A genuine negative review is not by itself grounds for removal. Contact support to request review of a moderation decision.
External services
Meal orders, bookings, delivery and restaurant payments are agreements with that business or destination platform. Frango.pt is not a party to those contracts. Maps, radio and external websites have their own terms and availability.
Packages and billing
Basic listings are free. Available paid packages display their price, interval and benefits before checkout. When enabled, Stripe handles payments; invoices and subscription management appear in the dashboard. A browser success message alone does not activate benefits; provider confirmation is required. Cancellation and applicable rights follow the package and law without limiting mandatory rights.
Recipes and food safety
Recipes are general cooking guidance. Check allergens, storage and safe cooking. Times vary; verify a safe temperature at the centre of chicken. PDF downloads carry the Frango.pt brand and remain subject to authors’ rights.
Responsibility and law
These terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The operator must confirm legal identity, commercial terms, applicable jurisdiction and dispute-resolution information before public launch. Contact support about service issues.
